After hiking and swimming thru caves we are ready to go to an area the locals simply refer to as Disney: because it is our own version of an amusement park. Nature's amusement park. Here we get to swim in an area called Charco Azul, a famous swimming hole in Puerto Rico that gets its name because the water is torquoise blue when it is not raining. We also get to relax and/or thrill seek as there are various jumping points in this area. We will have time to relax and have fun in this area before heading back up to the van. We continue to the small museum where we will dive into the rich history and culture of Puerto Rican coffee at the Museo del Café. We then have the option to stop at Manati Beach for a relaxing swim in a pristine beach with soft sand and clear waters or go to the Mall outlets for a quick shopping spree.
