Excellent tour, the guides were excellent, very lively and friendly (which made the experience even better). Point to improve: the toilet on the bus wasn't working and I chose the option without lunch because I thought we would be able to have lunch at the stop in Siena, but we stopped at a winery where there was wine tasting and delicacies and lunch (for those who chose to pay), We were embarrassed because the lady took our plates of delicacies away and we didn't understand because we thought we weren't entitled to lunch, but in the end we managed to pay separately and had lunch with everyone else. I think they should make it clearer that the lunch stop is at a winery and there is no restaurant nearby. Congratulations to the guides and to Gaia (the winery employee who made the tasting incredible).

Barbara, our leader, was generous, kind, and affable, as well as knowledgeable. The trip was enjoyable. There isn’t much time in each town, but that was expected; so as long as you don’t mind that, this is a wonderful option. The light lunch is a bread dish (bruschetta), a simple salad, some excellent cheese, and then some delicious deli meats, all served with three types of tasty wine from the winery. The view from the place is movie-like and spectacular. The bus has AC and is comfortable. Our driver was Salvador and he was careful and smooth
