Access to Playa Cabo San Juan can be through a pleasant path that winds through the dense tropical jungle, giving you the opportunity to marvel at the diversity of flora and fauna that lives in this unique environment. Upon arrival, you will be rewarded with an impressive view: a bay protected by rock formations that emerge from crystalline water.

I payed 118 euro to have a trip in english and i found my self in a trip in spanish where i was left in the tayrona park with a guide that doesn’t speak a work in english ,also there was coconut water included when i asked for it they said they are offering just water and if i wanted coconut water ,i needed to pay for it my self , if i wated to have a trip in spanish i could’ve went by my self and saved all this money as i wanted to avoid the hassle of having to struggle in Spanish and this is what happened at the end ( having to struggle using the few words that i know in spanish), other than that they were on time and the tayrona park is worth seeing

As agreed, I was ready for pickup at 4:00 a.m. and waited on the street, but no one came. At 6:30 (!) I was finally able to reach someone by phone. I was told that the guide was late and would come... but after 30 minutes I was told that it was canceled - just like that. I was let down after waiting 2.5 hours at night and it was my last day, my last chance to go to Tayrona. Of course I want a 100% refund, which was promised to me by the (admittedly not reputable) agency Nexxt Tours. Since I booked on the Getyourguide platform, I expect them to help me get the money back. Thank you in advance!
