Admire breathtaking landscapes of Gruyères. At the top of the hill, breathe pure mountain air and hear cowbells in the pasture. Enjoy authentic Alpine cheese making and suddenly become expert in (Swiss) cheese fondue by preparing it yourself. The chocolat factory visit starts around 10:45 AM and ends at 12:00 PM. After the visit you will go to a traditional restaurant from about 12:20 to 2pm where you will taste different kinds of local cheeses, and enjoy the fondue dish and a small local dessert.
