Switzerland: Closer to nature. Private nature safaris
Hardly any other country in Europe offers as much ecological diversity in such a small area as Switzerland. Impressive flora and fauna unfold between rugged Alpine peaks, tranquil mountain lakes, mystical forests, dry meadows and river landscapes. Thanks to the country's unique geology and location, very different habitats can be explored within very short distances and a large number of animal and plant species can be observed. From rare alpine flowers to chamois, golden eagles and marmots to countless migratory and breeding birds: Every region has its own special features. Whether in the Jura, the Central Plateau or the Alps. Swiss nature offers exciting discoveries at any time of year. The tours are led by Michel Hänggi, a field ornithologist with over 20 years of experience in birdwatching. He expertly and enthusiastically demonstrates the diversity of wildlife and explains the interesting interrelationships between ecosystems. Notes on booking: The observation site can be chosen freely. I am happy to give recommendations for worthwhile areas. The starting time is also flexible. A half-day tour lasts a maximum of 3 hours, a full-day tour up to 6 hours. The tours take place on foot and are adapted to the terrain and the wishes of the participants.
