Beautiful day on the water! Jarek was a great tour guide and worked well with the other guides in the area communicating with them and us at the same time to find two separate pods of orcas which we followed for a half hour each from a respectful distance. We later found a humpback with her calf and a stellar sea lion colony surrounded by bald eagles! His respect for their territory and keeping 200 yards away from them (mandatory regulation) kept us within view of them without feeling like we were disturbing their activity. I would highly recommend bringing the longest lens you have on your camera. Cell phone shots are okay, but

Spend a day on the water and discover local wildlife on this Campbell River cruise. Visit the Salish Sea, Discovery Passage, or Johnstone Strait. With an abundance of wildlife in the area, you are likely to encounter many animals both on land and at sea.

Choose from two vessel options for your cruise. A covered vessel with indoor seating offers a good option for families. Alternatively, a zodiac-style vessel offers a good option for those who like being outdoors and want to feel the wind through their hair.

Hop aboard your chosen vessel, then sit back and relax. Keep an eye out for humpback whales, killer whales, Pacific white-sided dolphins, bears, Steller sea lions, and more.

While it might not be possible to guarantee you’ll see all of these animals on your tour, this tour offers a great opportunity to see everything that is possible.

Parking is available in the large gravel lot located off Robert’s Reach Road. This lot is half paid, half free. Please be aware of the signs. Free parking is at the South end closest to the Quadra Island Ferry.

What a trip, saw many hump back whales and babies and then a pod of orcas. It was such a great experience and our guide Laura was so so passionate about the whales and her job which made the trip even more memorable. The boat trip in itself was amazing but we had the best weather which just made the whole tour amazing . Thank you 🤩
