Bad communication. I was an hour early and waited where they told me we would be collected. We were not! I found the right boat though and got in just I time but with no seat as I was on the not so let. A retired time was never communicated so I just waited around most of the trip and could not relax and enjoy myself. Then for return if was a different boat and no relevant signage so I missed it (as there are so many boats the doc to drop off/collect every few mins. Just made the whole day awful
