Excellent tour of the city, seeing many things in the two hours. Luca was a great guide and kept us all entertained. This is not for the faint hearted. Although the cycling is not too strenuous some of the roads are very busy and quite scary. It did feel a bit rushed. We would have preferred 2.5 hours so we could go a bit slower but that’s just a personal preference. We definitely recommend this trip.

Full description

Begin by meeting your guide at a bike store in the center of Cagliari. Choose your bike, then set off into the quaint streets of Cagliari, listening to your guide give you an introduction to the city as you go. Do a tour of the Marina area, then reach Villanova, admiring its flower-filled streets.

Continue along hidden alleys in the old city. Keep going to the ancient Castello district, and marvel at the historic buildings there. See the the old walls, the Pisan towers and bastions, as well as the Roman Amphitheater. Finally, make a stop in a local castle café and sit down for a coffee.

The tour was excellent! Our guide was friendly and very informative. The only drawback was that several of the bicycles weren't in very good repair - the seats wouldn't stay at the correct height and my rear brake needed to have the cable tightened, as it bottomed out against the handlebar while not braking completely - I had to rely on the front brake more than I should have.
