Arishta Masterclass: At a local restaurant, you’ll take part in an Arishta (Արիշտա) making masterclass, learning to prepare this traditional Armenian handmade noodle from scratch. Organic Farm Tour: The same location features an organic strawberry greenhouse and oyster mushroom production, where you’ll enjoy a guided tour. ⛪ Historic Visit: After the cooking class and lunch, we’ll visit the 10th-century Basilica of St. Hovhannes, an architectural gem with deep historical significance. Return to Yerevan: After a fulfilling experience, we will drive back to Yerevan.
