Loved the boat ride and explanations of the history of Venice. Our guide Monica Z was amazing. As for improvement, I would like more time watching the glass blower. There were many tours and we needed to move along so everyone could see the artists at work. Loved both islands. Will come back and use Get You Guide again.
Franki was very informative and knowledgeable, very friendly and easy to find the points to meet for the tours. The water taxi driver was very helpful. We traveled with a small child and they were very accommodating and accessible to our needs .
