Our workshop location is in the beautiful Budapest City Park. We have an indoor area for our workshops. Our local experts will explain how the dough is made, and how to work it. You'll be walked through the steps of making a traditional Hungarian Chimney Cake (Kürtőskalács), and you'll learn about all the tricks and tips you must know to make it again at home! We make 3 small pieces of Kürtőskalács, we'll also bake them. Once they are ready, our guests can pick between different tastes to roll them into. Usually the simple sugar, the coconut, and the cinnamon. After the Chimney Cake workshop, you can also pick a cup of coffee or tea, and enjoy some of your own kürtőskalács at the tables in the middle of the beautiful park, where you can also plan visits to the zoo, the Szechenyi thermal bath, and the Hunyadi Castle.

On the drive to the Buda side of the Danube, you will see all major attractions along the river Danube. Your first stop is in the Castle District for a short walk to see the area’s main attractions. You’ll visit the Old Town, the perfect spot for enjoying spectacular views of the surrounding area. Crossing Elizabeth Bridge to the Pest side we pass by the famous Central Market Hall and Europe’s largest synagogue, followed by a drive to the City Park. Along the way, pass the largest thermal spa in Europe and the Budapest Zoo, then stop at Heroes’ Square, where you’ll find statues of famed Hungarian kings. This is a very nice option for sightseeing in Budapest, I highly recommend it to everyone. We used it for 3 days, we treated it as a way to sightsee but also as simply transport from one point to another. The buses arrived on time, there was always a place to sit. The guides worked properly

- The stops were very easy to find - You can use the ticket the full 24 hours or 48 and so on depending on what you choose - the boat trip was very informative with a little bar and toilets
