Very nice place. Not enough resting places for the amount of elysium guest. Paying more to not have a place to relax was disappointing. With the amount of people coming there especially tourists who know nothing of the place, there needs to be a site for booking massage appointments on line. We booked a all day elysium pass thinking we had booked massages online only to find out once we arrived that we had been scammed and that appointments can only be booked on at the facility. No where on your official website does it state this fact. However it does show the types of treatments you offer which can go into, it leads you to think you can book appointments. Very confusing. We booked to be picked up at 12.00. by the time we arrived and found out that we had been scammed ofcourse there were no appointments left at such late hour. I came to Romania especially to celebrate my birthday at this beautiful place I saw online. I thought I was booking a luxury spa experience with a massage.
