The river cruise was smooth sailing with a lovely and cheerful team. The commentary (pre-recorded) on the way to the Sanctuary was informative and funny. I learnt a lot about the area and had a few laughs on the way. The sanctuary itself nice, and ideal for families. I fed the Kangaroos and paid extra to stroke a Koala although they’re present everywhere around the sanctuary resting in their little trees. As I travelled by myself I walked around all of it in 1hr 30mins ( I do walk fast) but I would say those with young children would probably see everything within 2hr 30mins (with snack/ lunch breaks included). The food served at the sanctuary is good. I would definitely recommend.
Great service, lots of information on the cruise about Brisbane. Good amount of time in the Koala Sanctuary. Food and drinks available on board.
