I was able to learn so much about Romanian history and culture, from the help of the amazing Alex - our driver and guide. It was lovely to have a smaller group van for a more tailored trip and comfort as well. I highly recommend this trip. Some recommendations for travelers - make sure to eat breakfast and possibly bring a sandwich with you if you tend to eat on a schedule. I opted to wait for lunch until Braşov, which worked perfectly for me, but I didn’t have lunch until around 2:30pm. Don’t make any plans for after your tour as we probably got back around 9pm. Many restaurants around my hotel had closed for dinner already so I decided to order in some takeout!

Wait too long for those guest at the bathroom at Pepe’s Castle. The guide may lead all to visit the castle first and after that leave some free time for all to use.
