We set off from the city at 08:00, once all the tourists have gathered. Our first stop is Surami, where we get to taste the traditional Georgian sweet bread called “Nazuki.” The locals demonstrate its preparation and generously offer us samples to try. After that enjoyable experience, we proceed to Borjomi Central Park, where we have the chance to taste the famous mineral water from the springs. Following a walk in the park, we make our way to Rabati Castle. Here, we explore the medieval fortress with a local guide who shares insights into its history and structure. For lunch, we make a pit stop at a local restaurant. Our final destination is Vardzia – the City of Caves. We pause for photos at the fountain before visiting Central Park, home to statues like the "Ishkhnelebi" sisters and the "9 April" memorial. Our route includes landmarks like Kutaisi City Hall, the Opera House, and the iconic "Mon Plasir" arch. We also see the first gymnasium and the elegant White Bridge before strolling through the Park of Love and visiting the majestic Golden Marquee Palace. Next, we explore Kutaisi's central grocery market, "Mtsvane Bazari," bustling with life. For lunch, we head to the family-owned winery "Baia’s Wine" in the charming village of Obcha. Baia and Gvantsa warmly welcome us, guiding us through their vineyard and cellar, offering tastings of their exquisite wines like "Tsolikouri," "Krakhuna," "Aladasturi," "Ojaleshi," "Otskhanuri Sapere," and the famous Georgian spirit, "Chacha." After the tasting, we enjoy a table filled with traditional Imerian delicacies lovingly prepared by their mother. Satisfied after lunch, we leave for Kutaisi at 17:00, switching vehicles for our return journey to Batumi, ending our enriching tour at 20:00.

Our route includes Central Park, home to the Ishkhnelebi statue and the "9 April" memorial, as well as Kutaisi City Hall, the Opera House, and the Mon Plasir arch. We then visit the first gymnasium, the White Bridge, the Park of Love, and the Golden Marquee Palace before heading to the central grocery market, "Mtsvane Bazari". For lunch, we enjoy a visit to Baia's Wine, a family winery in the village of Obcha, where we explore their vineyard and wine cellar and sample a variety of wines, including Tsolikouri, Krakhuna, Aladasturi, Ojaleshi, Otskhanuri Sapere, and Chacha. We conclude with a delicious Imeretian feast prepared by Baia's mother. The tour concludes by 17:00 as we return to Kutaisi, having experienced the best of its culture, history, and cuisine.
