Unfortunately, all in all, it was a very poor experience at the agency. There was hardly any communication, which meant that relevant information was often missing. The overall organization was also very poor. Unfortunately, we got the impression that money was being saved underhand - which led to the fact that on one day we were only given acceptable accommodation after complaining (the first one was warm, damp and smelled of mold). The highlight, however, were the drivers. According to the motto "death or alive", the driving style was chosen without regard for losses or a sense of responsibility for the 10 people in the car. Even if this is the local driving style, I expect more here. It is also worth considering whether individual bookings make more sense, as they are cheaper.
