The activity was great, and the staff were friendly when we had to change our plans, but we paid €46 through Get Your Guide instead of €20 for the red tour on site. In our opinion, this was unreasonable profiteering! Since we booked through Get Your Guide, we didn't argue or complain on site, but we think a credit note would have been appropriate.

The route from lower Bergamo to the cable car could be a little cheaper. But then again, considering that the cable car is included, one could say that it's okay.

We were notified via WhatsApp that the tour was being rescheduled. This was important for us, as we were arriving by train.
