Seeing Giant's Causeway was the primary purpose of this tour for us, but our driver/guide provided a very nice tour of Belfast that explained "The Troubles" that occurred in Northern Ireland. We saw the Peace Walls, murals, and several key neighborhoods while our guide provided a completely non-biased overview of the conflict. The stop at Bushmill's distillery was rushed, because it was Sunday and we actually arrived 15 mins before they opened the bar for tastings and subsequently had about 10 mins to down the samples we chose to purchase - but, that's life sometimes. Giant's Causeway didn't disappoint - nice, sunny day - but if you have mobility issues the walk can be tiring/challenging. Tip: Bring snacks since there aren't generally options for food along the way. Pro Tip: Select "Seats in the Front" if you have motion-illness concerns - it was well worth the extra cost. (More tours should offer this!!) Overall, a great day!

The Tour was grate, the story of Belfast and the ride along the murals and peaceline wäre very interesting. We sah the Dark Hedges, the Rose bridge and of course the giants causeway. The last stop was Bushmills where we hat time for tasting. Time was enough on every stop and we hat a great day.

Full description

This tour, specially created for cruise ship passengers, will cover some of the area's best sites, including Belfast City Hall and the International Peace Wall and The famous Belfast Murals. Driving up inland we will visit the Dark Hedges made famous by Game of Thrones TV Series, which is a romantic, atmospheric, tunnel-like avenue of intertwined beech trees planted in the eighteenth century. Next, head to Dunluce Castle for a photo stop. The iconic ruin of Dunluce Castle bears witness to a long and tumultuous history. First built on the dramatic coastal cliffs of north County Antrim by the MacQuillan family, the earliest written record of the castle was in the early 15 hundreds. A visit to Bushmills Whiskey Distillery the oldest licenced distillery in the world for a quick whiskey or just to take selfies of the whiskey barrels and cooper still this is always a popular stop. Last but not least, you'll see the Giant's Causeway, an area of around 40k interlocking basalt columns - the result of an ancient volcanic eruption.
