Our guide was absolutely incredible! everything from the contact before arriving in Beijing letting us know our driver would wait for up to 1.5 hours and monitor our flights, to easily meeting him right outside of the arrival gate was perfect! Our driver was really supportive and used a translator to communicate with us about our journey! he also gave some helpful insights to places to visit in Beijing! The car journey was great and we were also provided with water which was a kind touch! He went above and beyond to make sure our journey to our hotel was perfect and helped us in with our bags too! thank you so much 😊
Xingjian was amazing!! He was early and waiting for us at the arrivals hall. The vehicle was clean and spacious with snacks and beverages ready for our ride. Xingjian conversed with us using a translation app and had us laughing the whole way. We had a great ride and Xingjian even helped us check into our hotel.
