Our journey begins at the Neuville-en-Condroz American Cemetery, where rows of white crosses pay tribute to thousands of U.S. soldiers who made the ultimate sacrifice. We then head to Bastogne, a key stronghold during the battle, where you'll visit McAuliffe Square and see an imposing M3 Sherman Tank—a symbol of Allied resilience. Next, we visit the Mardasson Memorial, a star-shaped monument honoring American soldiers. The nearby Bastogne War Museum (included) offers immersive 3D displays and powerful stories. Our tour also includes a visit to the German cemetery, before moving to the foxholes in Foy, once occupied by the 101st Airborne Division. This excursion provides an emotional and comprehensive tribute to all who served, connecting you deeply to this defining moment in WWII.

Explore the site of the Battle of the Bulge on a guided tour from Brussels. Visit the Bastogne War Museum, see the frozen foxholes and trenches of Easy Company in Bois Jacques, and the restored Tiger tank in Houffalize. After pickup, make a brief stop at the Gestapo HQ in Brussels, then continue to the capital of Wallonia, Namur, for an overview of the Meuse River. Stop in Dinant to see the American saxophone, then drive to Celle to hear the story of the furthest German tank. Continue the route with a short stop at the Bande massacre site, then arrive at Bastogne at General McAulife square with the glorious Sherman. Visit the iconic Bastogne War Museum and the Mardasson. Visit the frozen foxholes and trenches of Easy Company in Bois Jacques, the monuments, and the bullet-wall of Foy, and pay respect to the fallen soldiers from both sides. Visit General McAuliffe, the 101st acting commander war-rooms during the encirclement of Bastogne (where he answers the German ultimatum to surrender with the famous “nuts”). End your tour at the Houffalize Tiger tank monument.

Experience a unique tour of the historic Battle of the Bulge sites, guided by a historian, who will not only take you to the museums but also let you explore a bit of the local culture and partake in a unique experience. All tours are customized based on your needs/wishes. All food and drinks are provided by us (lunch and snacks). Bring your camera and comfortable hiking shoes. The minimum age for this tour is 16.

9AM Pick up from your Brussels hotel and drive towards Namur, the capital of Wallonia (1h) and see the Meuse valley. On the way, your driver-guide * will tell you about Belgium, about the Ardens and Wallonia. You will have a good introduction to the region, its culture, geography, history as well as an introduction to the Battle of the Bulge. In Bastogne picture stop on the Mc Aulif square (see Sherman tank and bust of Mc Aulif). Upon arrival at the War Museum free time for a snack lunch (not included). Audio-guided tour of the exhibition at the War Museum (2-3hours), see the Mardasson Memorial. Last but not least we walk to the Bois Jacques (forest of the Ardennes) to see the Foxholes dug by the Easy company soldiers. Note that the tour inside museum is with audio-guide and this self-guided tour is highly interactive . Here you will step back in time and experience the reality of the Battle of the Bulge. From the causes of the Battle to its dramatic consequences, you will be immersed in a highly interactive experience. 4pm Start driving back to Brussels (2h-drive from Bastogne). We invite you to follow in the footsteps of one of the most important battles of the Second World War, in this guided historic tour over 2 days. We will take you to visit of the American cemetery of Henri-Chapelle where nearly 8000 soldiers are buried, continuing along the route taken by the Kampfgruppe Peiper, a unit infamous for the abuses it committed on its way near Malmedy after which it went to La Gleize where it had to abandon its tanks for lack of fuel and where one of those tanks is still visible. We will continue our visit to the Fraiture Barracks to discuss one of the many heroic acts carried out by American troops to slow down or halt the German advance at Parker's Crossroads. Finally, we will end the day with a final stop in Grandmenil where we can discover another remnant of this battle. On the second day of the visit, we will focus on Bastogne and its surroundings, on the fierce resistance of the 101st American Airborne Division and its Easy Company made famous by the Band of Brothers series from Steven Spielberg.
