Our tour guide Ilaria was very fun and knowledgeable, and directed us to really good local eateries. We sampled many local street food delicacies and tried 2 glasses of Primitivo. She is an experienced tour leader, and has lots of useful recommendations about the Puglia region. Ilaria was also lovely to chat to and very welcoming throughout the tour. We enjoyed the tour and would recommend it to anyone wanting to sample some good local food!
