Fernanda and her friends are amazing. They were very welcoming and we really enjoyed the session. We made different kinds of pasta shapes and she even went out of her way to dry them for us so we will take them as a souvenir. We cooked a delicious cauliflower sauce to eat with the orecchiette. We also made a delicious tiramisù. We enjoyed dinner together, with wonderful wine and a parmigiana di melanzane which she had prepared beforehand. She is very knowledgeable and we really enjoyed our conversations. A must visit! Thank you Fernanda!

I was hosted by Fernanda (la_cesarina_fernanda) and her family. Everyone was so warm I felt just like home. Fernanda teach me expertly how to prepare pasta from the semolina and warm water by hand and then to cook it with the tomatoes, olive oil, etc. We later ate the freshest pasta I've ever had and a tiramisu we also prepared earlier. I had a fantastic time, thank you Fernanda and your family for being so patient and welcoming!

You can't visit Italy without trying at least one pasta dish... So, we'll teach you two! Learn how to roll 'sfoglia' (fresh pasta) by hand and how to prepare 2 simple different kinds of pasta from scratch with your local host. As the icing on the cake, you will learn to prepare also the iconic Tiramisu. Share your passion for the Italian cuisine as you make new friends in this hands-on cooking class. It's a great way to truly experience Italian culture. This experience is held by Cesarine, the oldest Italy’s network of home cooks available in more than 500 cities all over the country. This was the highlight of our Italy trip :) Fernanda and her family welcomed us to their homes and opened their hearts and shared their love for food with us .. we learnt to make the most amazing Tiramisu and 3 types of pasta then shared a lovely meal with her beautiful family :) They were such a delight :) The food we made was amazing.. Fernanda grows a lot of ingredients in her garden which are just perfect and fresh .. We had the best time and I would recommend anyone in Bari to come join Fernanda and her lovely family :)
