The tour was generally well organized and the historical content was interesting. However, we felt it wasn’t particularly family-friendly. The guide didn’t make much of an effort to engage the children or adapt the explanations in a way that could capture their attention, which made it hard for them to stay interested at times. At one point, we sat down briefly while the guide was giving a lengthy explanation, and her reaction felt quite unwelcoming. She commented that if we wanted to leave the group, we could do so, but would need to return the devices (audioguides). This was an uncomfortable moment, especially considering we were with young children and were simply trying to take a short break without disrupting the group. We believe the experience could be greatly improved with a bit more consideration for families or at least a more understanding and flexible approach toward the different needs within a mixed group.

I enjoyed this tour and the history that came with it. Our tour guide, Aurelia was great and she knew quite a lot of history around the place. The views of the city from Park Güell were amazing and would highly recommend going.
