Julia was an excellent guide for my my visit to the Duomo. I love history and always read up on whatever I’m going to see and often ask questions that many guides find difficult to answer. Julia could not only answer my questions, but she made it a point to go in depth on a lot of small things to at I’d have never noticed once she realized how interested I was. Had a great time on a small tour and skipping the lines was wonderful since it was raining. Thanks!

This tour was excellent. Julia, our guide, was extremely knowledgeable and provided really interesting insight into all the art and sculpture seen, as well as the history of the Duomo’s construction. The highlight of the tour was the museum, to be able to see the original Gates of Paradise by Ghiberti, as well as the stunning reconstruction of the original facade of the Duomo. I would recommend this tour as a ‘must-do’ when visiting Florence
