- Please wait outside of the pick-up location. Look for a white Ford Transit 14-passenger van. Pick up time for Banff is set 25-35 minutes after the tour starts in Canmore. Our vehicle may arrive a little earlier or later than expected, depending on traffic and road conditions. We appreciate your patience, as these factors are beyond our control.

- Stand Up Paddle board-you can bring your Stand Up paddle board. Please, let us know in advance so we can make sure we can accommodate it.

- 8:30AM -8:45 AM pick ups in Banff
- Please be prepared 10 minutes before the departure time.
- This trip is a shared experience (not private) and can accommodate multiple individuals, families or groups, with a maximum of 14 people.
- We need a minimum of four guests (they don't have to be from the same group or family) to run the trip. If we don't reach that number, we'll gladly offer you an alternative date, a different service, or a refund.
