Lake vouliagmeni is a very small lake, it is beautiful but I imagine that on summer days it must be so crowded that it is not worth it. Poseidon temple is amazing for its location and views. Very windy up there, bring a coat.

Nikos was absolutely amazing as a driver and guide on our trip to Lake Vouliagmeni and the Temple of Poseidon. He was friendly, knowledgeable and navigated the chaos of Athens traffic like a pro! I especially enjoyed learning about what living in Athens is like as a local and he has some brilliant food recommendations! The temple and spa were also great, though I would recommend waiting for a warmer day than we had to visit. As the lake can be a little chilly without the sun to warm you up when you get out. All in all I'd highly recommend booking this tour, thanks Nikos!

Then visit Cape Sounion, where you can see the magnificent Temple of Poseidon. Avoid crowded sightseeing buses with this tour .Have a chance to rest and relax in healing thermal waters.
