Head to Lavrio to explore an ancient Greek town renowned for its precious stones and historic ruins. In Lavrio, visit the ancient mine and learn about the original borders of Athens.


Continue to the Temple of Poseidon, sitting atop Cape Sounion Hill. Marvel at the stunning panoramic views from this temple dedicated to the god of the sea by the ancient people of Athens. Next, stroll through quaint coastal neighborhoods and stop at a small tavern or cafe for a bite of lunch.

Dimitrios is very attentive and knowledgeable of his craft. From early, he let us know he was on the way and how far he was from us to let us know when to be ready. We were picked up in a minivan that was super spacious and very VERY clean. He gave us some quick information of the area we were staying at. As we started driving he introduced himself and provided us with facts of the city and the country. We drove around the seaside where he told us all about his family and history of the area. We went to many famous places with BEAUTIFUL AND BREATHTAKING VIEWS. We had time to make stops to take pictures and breath ocean air, hes super careful and very good driver and accomodated all of our needs. Ps: we even took a very deserved nap in the van which was super needed!!
