Set-off on an adventure into the darkness of the Arctic fjords and Polar nights. Follow your expert guides as they place you in the position to view the spectacular Northern Lights. Depart Tromsø and set sail for the direction where the clearest weather conditions for the night have been predicted. Head north towards the areas of Kvaløyvågen, south to Ramfjorden, or west along the southern part of Kvaløya island. Relax as your captain and crew work together and keep their eyes out for clear skies or a gap in the cloud layer. While you wait for the northern lights to appear, you can stay warm and comfortable in the heated lounges. Grab a refreshing beverage from the cafe and a snack. Throughout the evening your guides will share their knowledge and personal stories of the Northern Lights - from mythical stories from around the world to the scientific explanation of the Northern Lights. If we spot the Northern Lights you can put on your warm clothes and go outside to admire lady Aurora in the night sky. Some nights she shines bright in the sky and dances with different colours, while on other nights she's a bit shy and is only faintly visible or not visible at all. Your guides can help you take pictures with your camera during the tour. On the way back, you get a fantastic view of the Arctic city of Tromsø and it's skyline and the famous Arctic Cathedral visible from the water.

The tour starts in the city center, with a brief introduction to the city and its history. Then we will drive across the bridge to the neighborhood of Tromsdalen. There we will see the Arctic Cathedral, one of the most emblematic buildings of Tromsø. From there we will head to the base of the Cable Car (Fjellheisen) to go up to enjoy the most spectacular view of the island of Tromsø and the group of islands behind it. Our guide will provide information about the region, flora, fauna, and geography. The tour lasts for 4 hours. It ends back in the city center or cruise ship quay.

The road between Kiruna and Tromso takes around 5 hours at summer time and 6 hours at winter season. There are few stop at the gas station in the during the journey. Our minibuses are: Mercedes Vito, VW Caravelle, Opel Vivaro, Renault Traffic. The vans can easily fit up to 8 passengers and have a large luggage compartment.
