It is quite a walk (we took about 14,000 steps) But you can choose to skip certain parts if you wish. The tour was great! It tells you about the actual history of Amsterdam instead of the old touristy "red lights and drugs".

Our Guide Mike was the best guide ever. He was full of information and cheerful. The lunch served was amazing at giethoorn. The windmill was the oldest and again was so beautiful

Heard and saw a lot of interesting things. However, the name "Cheese Cruise" is very misleading for the small cubes on offer.
