Discover the Alcázar, an imposing vestige of 12th-century Almohad architecture.At this point, we will admire the sturdy walls and the iconic entrance gate, while unraveling the secrets of the battles, alliances and legends that forged the destiny of Jerez. Entering the interior of the Alcázar, we will immerse ourselves in a unique experience touring its various spaces: the majestic Mosque, the Palace of Villavicencio with its impressive views from the tower, the Arab baths and the Islamic-inspired gardens that evoke tranquility and splendor. This visit will transport you to daily life during the Andalusian period, mixed with the evolution of this fortress over the centuries. We will head to the Cathedral Redoubt, a baroque jewel that combines Renaissance and neoclassical influences. The tour continues to the Plaza del Arroyo, a charming place surrounded by stately palaces and marked by the tranquility of its surroundings. From there, we will walk to the Plaza de la Asunción, where the church of San Dionisio stands, a Gothic-Mudejar example, and the historic Cabildo Viejo, a window into Jerez's medieval past. Our route culminates in the Consistorio de Jerez, a Renaissance building that reflects the power and grandeur of the city in its golden age. Meet in the center of Jerez de la Frontera at the historic winery. At the beginning of your visit receive an introduction to the architecture of the building and about the winery's specific production numbers. Afterward, watch a short film about Jerez, the history of wine, the Cayetano del Pino Winery, and about winemaking. Then have a guided tour of the visitor center. See exhibits on the chronology of Bodegas Cayetano del Pino, the history of sherry wine, grape cultivation, and the sherry aging system. There is also a section where you can see a list of sherry wineries and a glossary on wine. Finish by visiting a corner with an exhibition of historical labels Also, have the chance to try 4 different wines and choose to purchase wine and souvenirs. Once you leave the winery, enjoy nearby access to the city's monuments.

We will continue to the Alcazar of Jerez, an architectural jewel of Arab origin dating from the eleventh century. From the outside, we will admire its robust walls, towers and the emblematic entrance gate. This place was a military stronghold and Almohad palace, and later residence of Christian governors. Our tour guide will take you back in time with fascinating anecdotes about its uses and its influence on the history of the region. In front of the Cathedral redoubt, you will enjoy a privileged view of one of the most impressive monuments in Jerez. This monument combines Gothic, Baroque and Neoclassical styles in a unique architectural work of art. We will walk around its outer perimeter while the tour guide explains the details of its construction, the secrets of its dome and its importance as a religious symbol of the city. The Plaza del Arroyo offers a charming respite. Surrounded by historic buildings, this square is ideal to enjoy the calm and beauty of Jerez. Here, our tour guide will tell you stories of the nobility that inhabited this area and their relationship with the wine trade, one of the economic engines of Jerez. Our last stop in the historic center will be the Plaza de la Asunción, one of the most beautiful and oldest squares in Jerez. It features the church of San Dionisio and the Cabildo Viejo, remarkable examples of medieval and Renaissance architecture. This is the place where centuries of art, history and tradition converge, and we will invite you to take the best photos of the tour. Equestrian show at the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art. We will culminate the experience with a transfer (10 minutes) to the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art. Here, you will enjoy the spectacular show "How the Andalusian Horses Dance", an equestrian ballet that combines the skill of the riders with the elegance of the Andalusian horses. This internationally recognized show is a tribute to the equestrian art and an expression of the Andalusian soul.

Carnival in Cadiz is celebrated extravagantly. Jerez is the capital of the famous Spanish sherry in all its delightful varieties, from very dry to desert wines and you will be able to taste them all. Your excursion will enable you to enjoy a delightful day with nice walks in the old town with its numerous lively plazas and historic monuments, wrapping up with a relaxing time on the beach. You will be picked up from your selected location in Seville and begin your journey to Jerez, which will take approximately 1 hour. Upon arrival in Jerez, you will have the opportunity to explore its historic old quarter, where you can visit the Alcázar de Jerez, a Moorish fortress dating back to the 11th century. After your time in Jerez, you will continue your journey to Cádiz, which is approximately a 30-minute drive away. Here, you will embark on a guided tour of the city lasting between 3 to 4 hours.
