Communication with the tour operator worked very well and he asked how we were doing every day. We had problems booking tickets for the Periyar boat tour, but the operator booked the tickets for us without any problems. Since the Eravikulam NP is closed in February and March, we were offered an interesting alternative program. Our driver, Mr. Nikhil, looked after us very well and drove carefully. He was happy to fulfill our special requests, made stops along the way and he helped us drink the best coffee of our trip in a small restaurant. It would have been nice to have more information about the country and its people, but since Mr. Nikhil was our driver and not a tour guide, that wasn't his job. The hotels were very nice and clean. The houseboat was exclusive to us and rustic, the staff were very accommodating. We really enjoyed the tour and can only recommend it. Thank you very much!

Abhi picked us up in a/c car from Le Meridien Kochi, before time. Michael’s house boat was awesome. Michael greeted us personally with orange juice. Mann cooked us delicious lunch, rice, 🐠 fry , chicken curry, cabbage fry, gobi Manchurian, sambar and papadam. It ends w snacks onion pakora and tea coffee. 3 1/2 hrs spent well on the backwater. The boat pilot Pradesh was a cool guy. I strongly recommend this tour. Abhi dropped us at Le Meridien on time after the ride. All staff was very polite and helpful. God bless them all.

Excellent service with a lovely captain George. We had amazing food and a relaxing cruise on the private houseboat. We had AC at night which was very needed and slept very well, with private toilet and shower on board. Option to do an extra boat tour around the smalls canals which I recommend doing! We also have an upstairs viewing point which was great place to sit as we cruised down the rivers. Highly recommend ☺️

We had a fantastic time exploring four areas of Kerala on our private tour! Our driver was excellent, speaking good English and providing valuable insights, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. While the car was basic and the tour not luxurious, it was an amazing value for the price and a fun way to see Kerala's sights - we highly recommend it!
