This tour was hands down the best. Our guide Ben was amazing and very informative. There is no guarantee we would see penguins because of the time of year and nature. We got to see three penguins in their "homes" and out in the water. We also got to see seals lounging around. I was able to interact with the very friendly sheep. If you come to Akaroa check out this tour!
Excellent tour! Our guide was so friendly and knowledgeable - even though it was the off-season for penguin encounters, we didn’t feel like we missed out at all (even got to spot a penguin up close). Our highlights were feeding the sheep and learning about the penguin conservation work they do. 10/10 experience!
Kevin was an expert in the area and in the conservation of the penguins. He was very passionate and gave a lot of information. The area is stunning and the penguins cute. We also got to meet some fluffy sheep and saw some sea lions

Totally loved it. The guide was fantastic - informative and humorous. We managed to see many dolphins!
