We preferred the cruise to the three islands and the Doge's Palace. The package should include a skip-the-line entry ticket for St. Mark's Basilica, as it is impossible to get in because it is so crowded. What we didn't like so much was having to go to the ticket office for each service. Wouldn't it be easier to access them directly with the QR code on the app?

Confusing at first. I had the APP and one set of tickets were on the app the rest were in an email. Once I figured it out it was easy We did use many of the tickets and enjoyed each activity. The only place we had an issue was with Alilaguna ticket office near plaza San Marcos. I had reservations for the Grand Canal tour. I had a copy of my reservation, ticket numbers and reservation number. The fellow that I talked to was so insulting and rude. He told me that I did not have a reservation and that surely I could read and that I needed to figure it out. I was polite and thanked him for his help and ended up going to another window and the gal found it right away. I don’t know the fellows name but he was middle aged and bald with light colored eyes. As a company that deals with customer service I felt you should know this.
