Meet us at St. Mark’s Square near the waterfront by the two large columns, in Colonna di San Marco (marble column with Lion Wings statue) . Our coordinator will be ,wearing a purple ""Crown Tours"" t-shirt/jacket and will be waiting for you under the column with the marble statue of the lion with wings on top.

  • St. Mark's Basilica enforces a strict dress code. Visitors must always cover their knees and shoulders.

  • Please note that the skip-the-line ticket does not include the security check line. During the high season, this line can be longer due to the amount of visitors. Due to Basilica's regulations, the time spent there may be shorter during the summer.

No guide just using your phone and your own headphones. Mum @ 85 thought it was not the best.

Tour operators were clearly identifiable. The audio guide had written text to read as an option instead of only audio information which was good. I think it is expensive for what it is and a skip the line ticket isn’t essential. However if you don’t want to spend your holiday queuing, it’s a good option to just walk straight in.

Pretty good tour. We went with our 4&9-year-old kids. The older one was engaged with the guide. The guide was introducing the church passionately. Unfortunately it was pouring down with rain. It would have been a better experience on the terrace without the rain.
