Valdobbiadene: Prosecco tasting + vineyard and cellar tour

Have full access to the Adami world: let us personally show you all the steps we take in creating Adami wines, get to know the history of our winery and our winemaking philosophy. We will start with a short introduction to the Prosecco territory an its different areas. The tour then begins with a walk through the historic Vigneto Giardino, located on the Rive (=hills) of Colbertaldo. The goal of this walk is not only to share the unique characteristics of this vineyard with you, but also to give you firsthand experience of the effort involved in cultivating the Rive, which are as beautiful to admire as they are challenging to work. We will walk uphill, most likely under the sun, just as the vine-growers of Valdobbiadene do every day to produce such a special wine. We will continue with visiting the winemaking cellar and conclude with a guided tasting of all 7 Adami wines, which we will explain in detail.
