We really enjoyed the tasting with our host Elisabetta yesterday. She welcomed us warmely and provided us with detailed Information so we learned a lot about Prosecco and its production. The 4 different Proseccos were great it was hard for us to decide which one to buy. Of course we will visit this nice place again, thank you Elisabetta for everything 🫶

We also enjoyed a delicious tasting plate with cheese, salami and divine honey :). Overall, it was a perfect blend of knowledge and enjoyment

Full description

The Spumanti Gemin company has been producing Prosecco Superiore di Valdobbiadene for 50 years in the area.

This experience accompanies the customer within the production process of our wines, from the second fermentation of the wine to its bottling. Subsequently the history of the cellar will be narrated from its origins to today, tasting 4 glasses of D.o.c.g accompanied by a platter of typical products of the area such as sopressa, cured meats, cheeses and other local products.

  • Narration of the story of the birth of the Gemin winery

Wonderful introduction to Prosecco DOCG! Tasted through various styles, learning the subtle differences between single vineyard and blended styles. All served with a cheese & meat board that paired nicely with the sparkling wines. The view from the tasting room was stunning!
