The bus was great and the amount of time we choose was just right. We left at the 08:30 a.m. bus and came back at 6:30 p.m but if you feel like you wanna extend that time or come back in an earlier bus they give you that option if there’s availability on the bus which usually is the case. You get there just before the mall opens at 10:00 so you have time to see the map and organize which stores you wanna visit. If you intend on doing a lot of shopping I recommend bringing a suitcase because it’s one of the things that you can get it cheaper somewhere else even on Amazon and you can put it on the carrier of the bus that way you don’t to be caring heavy shopping bags everywhere. We walked 5 miles (8km) because it’s so big so I also recommend wearing comfortable clothes and shoes.

An excellent way to get to and from the outlets. Have used public transport in the past which get you there ok but not guaranteed getting a bus back to the city. Very stressful. This way you have a guaranteed seat in the bus you have booked. Due to people not understanding the meaning of a queue the service could be improved by allocating seats on booking

There is no guide, but this is about the bus ride to the outlet center. The bus was modern, punctual, had WiFi and a restroom. If there are free seats, the departure times can be changed. We had to leave earlier and got seats without any problems. I can only recommend it.

A success all round. Deals vary from week to week - so you can get really lucky (with your favorite stores) or you can still get a bargain because one or the other is cheaper. (Note the duty-free allowance ;) )

Ticket office easy to find, bus comfortable, good journey. Lots of different shops to visit. Should have got earlier bus.
