I had a wonderful experience with Anna. She was incredibly kind, always ready to answer our questions and share her knowledge. Her cheerful and enthusiastic attitude made the tour even more enjoyable. She taught me how to use the metro in an easy and effective way, which was very helpful during my stay. I definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a guide who combines professionalism with a positive attitude.
