I liked that you have access to so many attractions and don't have to worry about buying tickets which saves time. I enjoyed having the tickets on my phone and not having to worry about losing paper tickets. What can be improved is more clarity in the bus company that you have to use for the Hop on, Hop off bus (Big Bus). There are multiple similar companies, so you need to know which is the one associated with the London Pass.

Trip was good. Definitely value for money. It will be great if you also add Sea life into this pass. Also on the features page, try to mention in detail how to use this pass. otherwise It was a great experience.

Everything worked out great with transferring the pass to the Go City app. I chose 2 passes for 3 attractions: Thames river cruise, Westminster Abbey and Frameless. All 3 were great and uncomplicated.

Great experience! There is so much to do and see you’ll need a whole 2 hours to explore the place. So modern too and a lot of interactive stations! Children go in free

Great tour really informative. This is the 2nd hidden London underground tour I've done with my husband. Any interested in London, history or transport would love them
