We had a fabulous time touring Stonehenge and Bath. Our tour guide, Deborah, was absolutely phenomenal. She was knowledgeable, animated, and really seemed to enjoy her job which makes it that much better as her guest. The buses were nice, but cramped. My knees hurt after each ride due to lack of space, but that was partially because the person in front of me put their seat back in the limited space, which most people on the bus didn’t. The timing was great for the tour, although we could have definitely spent more time in bath. We were happy with the length of the trip though and will just make a point to spend more time in Bath next time. Overall it was very a great day and I would definitely recommend this day trip to anybody who wants to see Stonehenge and Bath!

Guide Mel and driver Remy were both fantastic! Mel shared interesting stories and highlights about the area and took time to engage with each of us personally, which was a nice touch. This trip did not include Windsor Castle (which we did intentionally because it’s not open anyway on the day we took our tour), so we had ample time both at Stonehenge and in Bath. Stonehenge was an interesting tick on the “been there, done that” list and we were glad to have seen it in person. Bath was a fascinating place worthy of as much exploration time as possible, which this tour allowed since Windsor was not also on the itinerary. We booked the Roman Baths tour, which was interesting to see and worth doing, but we focused mainly on the bath facility itself and breezed past the museum-y parts, in favor of having more time to explore the city itself, which features lots of shopping and food options, plus a beautiful cathedral, river, and park. All in all a great day’s excursion…highly recommend!
