Attending a pasta cooking class with Mirco and Ivan was simply unforgettable, an absolute highlight of our trip! They were not only incredibly skilled but also patient, passionate and funny! We learned the art of making pasta from scratch, using fresh ingredients and classic techniques. From kneading the dough to creating perfect shapes, every step was hands-on, and the chef provided helpful tips along the way. The best part was, of course, enjoying the fruits of our labor. Sitting around the table, tasting our freshly made pasta with delicious sauces and a glass of local wine, was magical. This class was more than just a cooking lesson.
