Starting from Bardolino we'll ride the cycle path, from which, through expanses of vineyards and olive trees, enjoying immaculate and enchanting landscapes, we reach first Cavaion Veronese, and then Costermano to descend from the hills to the starting point, not before having done a pleasant stop in a winery with a small tasting of wine, water and local food. The experience starts with a visit and walk to the vineyards, to discover the various kind of grapes and to learn the approach of the farm to the land and to the nature around. Taste Bardolino, a young red wine from local vines, Bardolino Chiaretto, a rosè wine with a unique crispness, and Brol Grande Bardolino Classico, a single vineyard red wine, aged in concrete tanks. Experience a Garganega, white wine with mineral aromas and treat your palate. At the tasting area, you will be invited to smell the perfume of some spices, herbs, and fresh fruits, that will guide you in recognizing, learning, and finding the distinctive aroma of each wine. The experience takes place in our tasting room or, in the warm seasons, outside. The tasting is followed by a Merenda (snacks) with Soppressata (local salami) and Monte Veronese (local cheese).
