Our guide Isabel was wonderful! When we boarded she asked us what language we spoke and then she showed us all the points of interest around Venice harbour on the way to Murano in no less than five languages! She was friendly and knowledgeable. The glass blowing demonstration was fantastic! It includes a commentary of what the master was doing at each step. We had an hour in Murano and an hour and a half at Burano. This gave us plenty of time to look through the glass shops in Murano, and we had a lovely lunch in Burano where there is plenty of shops to look in and places to eat in. The brightly coloured houses in Burano didn’t disappoint!! We booked this tour on the morning as a last minute option and I’m glad we did. I would highly recommend it.

My wife and I really enjoyed the experience in Murano and Burano. The glassblowing dimenstration was wonderful and it was clear they were a master of their craft. Burano was a wonderful experience as well, we had plenty of free time and we had the most delicious lasagna at a local Resturant. The tour itself is very informative and the guides were all very kind and helpful.

Guide was excellent and 3 island visit was great. Glass blowing was great but felt that glass shop attached were too pushy and exit to Murano Island proper was deliberately obscured so we Didn’t get enough time on Murano island itself. Time on Burano and Torcello was perfect.

Great trip to Murano and Burano. Elly from Citywonders was a fantastic local guide, sharing information re Vienna history. Luca the boat captain also a did a great job and the ride was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Delivery to your hotel door is great! (when staying on canal). Easy to find upstairs and well organized. You travel in a group of 10 so it will take some time if you are last.
