Explore the Empordà region, where there are vineyards all over the landscape, taking advantage of the slopes of the Albera mountains. As you tour the countryside, you will be able to taste locally-made sausages, anchovies, olive oil and cheese.  You will visit boutique wineries with an exclusive production. The owners will be present to explain all about the process of making wine. In guided visits to the cellars, you will be able to see how they combine tradition with new technologies. At each winery, you will be able to taste a selection of their best wines. You’ll also have the possibility to stroll around the vineyards and see how the grapes grow.
