What people are saying about Empire State Building

Empire State is a must for anyone visiting NYC

Great views obviously. A good orientation to the city. I recommend the express pass to those who can justify spending the money. Easily saved us an hour. With quick visits to a lot of sights, it is the only way o would do it again. A little annoyed by people who grabbed a spot and stayed their for 15 or more mins. I have 11 and 13 yr old, etc difficult to get them to be able to see at times. I think that is more of a function of when we went (sunset) and people thinking of themselves then the workers though I did hear one of them say they’d let too many people up. Overall, great experience friendly and knowledgeable staff.

excellent location but long queue to get in

location is excellent and a great experience, but with general ticket you will queue for long time. We skipped this by spending additional money for express tickets, which allows you to get on top in minutes instead of hours. But the great view is worth it.

Still a good experienced as not the first time

Did this tour many years ago but it was the first time for my wife. Ticket lasts all day and waited till the sun came out. The views are breath taking. It takes a bit of time for your legs to stop wobbling on the 86th observatory deck. It’s a long way down!

Expensive, but on a fine and crowded day, probably worth it.

The "skip the queues booking" is quite expensive but probably worth it on a busy day. Unfortunately the day we went (the only option for us) was very wet, windy and cloudy so there were no queues and the views were somewhat limited. Luck of the draw!

Interesting and fun; now we know where to spend more time on next trip

Jared was friendly, knowledgeable and very committed to ensuring we got the best tour possible. While relaxed and took in the all the sights with wonder, he took responsibility for setting expectations and keeping us on schedule.
