Throughout the tour, sample 8 wines from various wine regions, heavily focused on Northern California wines. You'll have the opportunity to purchase bottles of your favorite wines at the end of the tour to enjoy during the rest of their stay in Lake Tahoe or to take home to add to your collection. If you're not looking for a full bottle, wine by the glass is also offered. Water and soda are also available and complimentary to all guests. If someone in your party prefers beer, this can be accommodated if requested in advance. FOOD OPTIONS: Stop by the Pirate's Chest Tahoe located at the Tahoe Keys Marina for grab-and-go items like sandwiches, cheese, dips, chips, hummus, salami, and pre-made charcuterie to take with you on your wine tasting cruise! You'll find vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options as well. Just look for the life-size pirates and flags outside the store. As always, you're still welcome to bring your own snacks on the boat, if you prefer.

Our Private Lake Tahoe Shoreline Cruises are 2-hours, departing either in the morning or afternoon. Explore Lake Tahoe’s picturesque west shoreline and experience the pristine waters of Emerald Bay and Rubicon Bay. See Lake Tahoe’s most breathtaking views including Fannett Island and Rubicon Point. We can pull up and anchor at one of Lake Tahoe’s pristine coves or beaches for a picnic or a swim in the Caribbean colored water. We depart from the Tahoe Keys Marina and take guests along the beautiful west shore into Emerald Bay to view Lake Tahoe’s hidden castle the Vikingsholm, Eagle Falls and Fannette Island. Then, we cruise through the Caribbean waters of Rubicon Bay and Rubicon Point and then back across the lake to the Marina. We provide a cooler with ice, bottled water and sodas. Guests are welcome to bring snacks, packed lunches and beverages of their choice. Alcohol is allowed.

Cruise Tahoe offers classic wooden boat cruises on Lake Tahoe. Learn more at www.cruisetahoe.com This cruise operates in partnership with the Sierra State Parks Foundation. The cruise departs from Tahoe Keys Marina on Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 3:15PM and returns around 6:15PM. You will travel to beautiful Emerald Bay, where the Captain will share some of Tahoe’s most interesting facts and history, setting the stage for the Vikingsholm Castle Walking Tour. Keep your eyes open for wildlife as Eagles and Ospreys, and the occasional Black Bear may be seen. Once docked in Emerald Bay, you will disembark and begin your tour of the Vikingsholm Castle with a Sierra State Parks Foundation tour guide. This walking tour will last approximately 30 minutes. Cruise runs most Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, May through September.
