This tour was amazing!! Terry was our guide and we cannot say enough good things about him or the tour. He was unbelievably helpful, patient, kind and incredibly knowledgeable. Due to the weather we were unfortunately unable to swim with the turtles but the company was very accommodating and gave us the option to either refund entirely, wait until a later date (we could not do) or do a partial tour. We chose the partial tour and they refunded us for the turtle portion immediately. The ruins were amazing and our guide for that was fun, very knowledgeable and passionate!! Terry was our guide for the cenotes and his knowledge about the fauna and his environmental consciousness is infectious. He knew the caves like the back of his hand and although I have some claustrophobia he made me feel right at ease in the caves. Terry made our experience incredible. Our 4 teenagers really enjoyed themselves due to Terry’s knowledge and his kindness. Thank you Terry!!

The tour was amazing! Plenty of time at the ruines to explore/ take photos! Beware; it can get hot and there is little shades. DRESS FOR THAT! The cenotes were breath taking and plenty of time to swim and take photos aswell. Our tour guide (Susana) was incredible! She had a lot of knowledge combined with an incredible sense of humor. The guide was not pushy at al (some guides are more into making you stuff at local fenders then giving you a great experience). The driver (Alan) did a great job and you could tell both Alan en Susana really had fun in their jobs. The van was a little small but than we are both pretty tall! We would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. Worth the money!

Our excursion to Tulum, the underground center, and snorkeling with the sea turtles was wonderful! It was extremely hot when visiting Tulum; bring water in a reusable container (plastic water bottles are not allowed). The underground cenote was a cool experience. Loved learning about how the stalagmites and stalactites are formed and seeing the fruit bats and cave swallows. Snorkeling with the sea turtles was incredible; we saw around 5 green sea turtles and they just are right there eating the sea grass while we are watching them. It was a long day but definitely worth it!

Fantastic trip with luxury coach, excellent guides and absolutely great value- was worried about buying online instead of at the hotel but this whole experience has really impressed me- so much that I have booked a day out to the Mayan pyramid tomorrow- thank you

Great a activity took a good amount of time and buster beautiful cenotes
