We had the pleasure of participating in the activities at Estancia 25 de Mayo on the evening of December 31st, New Year’s Eve. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who fully immersed us in their daily routines. They offered us mate, local coffee, and the delicious “torta frita” to taste. We then took a walk around the estancia, getting up close with the animals—a truly thrilling and memorable experience! We also had dinner there and spent the New Year’s Eve evening at the estancia. The food was excellent, and the show they organized was absolutely spectacular.
