  • Montparnasse

    3. Montparnasse

This 689-foot skyscraper may not be a beautiful building, but the views are worth it. In the Montparnasse Tower you get the second highest view after the Eiffel Tower and 360-degree vistas.

  • From the Hotel Raphael

Planning Your Visit

  • Avoid the queues

As you know, Paris is quite the popular holiday destination. Plan ahead if you want to jump around and see the Eiffel Tower from lots of angles. It's easy to buy tickets online and go straight to the top -- but if you're looking to do Paris on the cheap, remember to plan waiting time at major monuments into your itinerary.

  • Watch your stuff

Lots of travelers are looking for a cafe or restaurant nearby these views, where they can relax and regroup away from the crowds. While all the major tourist areas are safe enough, tourists tend to let their guard down as soon as they order a café au lait. As always, zip up your purse and watch out for thieves.

  • Opening hours

Hours vary by time of year:
    June 14-August 31
    Open daily, 9:00 AM-12:45 AM
    September 1-June 13

The tour was amazing! Our guide Pepe really made it a interesting and fun tour with loads of new info about the beautiful city we didn’t know. Really a recommendation.

This was an amazing experience! I would recommend it to anyone! It’s early enough that there were very few people! It gets crazy busy later!

Our guide Sofiane was superb. The 8h45 slot was also great, as we were able to avoid the crowd and still enjoy the rest of the day.
