Explore Scotland’s capital city across one or two days on two typical hop-on hop-off bus tours. Choose between the City Tour or Britannia Tour, depending on your itinerary of preference. See historical landmarks such as Edinburgh Castle, the iconic Royal Mile, and the Palace of Holyrood House and learn about their historic significance from the onboard audio commentary.

Hop on the bus at the first stop at St Andrew's Square and make sure to embark on the correct bus based on your Tour chosen: the Britannia and City Tour, depending on which attractions you would like to see. For a few days trip this is the best way to see the city around and pin point the most interesting locations based on taste. Although it’s easy to walk around town, and the distances are fine (not too long-not too short), the hop-on hop-off bus is a good way to help someone decide which monuments or places are worth to re-visit or visit extensively

The buses were right on time. However, it was a bit inconvenient (at least for me because I have many stuff with me like dslr camera, phone, tripod, food, bag, etc) to have a printed ticket that i have to keep on showing to the driver. I was not allowed to enter once without the ticket.

Me and my mum both loved the ease of using the hop on and hop off bus service, the tour itself was very interesting and easy to listen to through the ear phones provided. We also thought it was very reasonably priced and would book again when we return to Edinburgh. The driver helped with whatever questions we had I.e. which stop to get off at for different things and gave us directions to help us out which was very much appreciated.
